One Dream: Two Brothers

This dream starts with the youngest of 10 siblings, Federico Salas. It all started in 2002, deep in the heart of Little Rock, Arkansas. Federico Salas had the vision to open a small Mexican food store. He saw the demand in the area. He decided he would take the chance to open to the public and La Regional was officially born. This dream was indeed not a one man job. Benjamin Salas,(his older brother) stepped in to help manage the business. This partnership would prove to be the right move as the business grew and they soon added a restaurant. A few years would pass and with the success of La Regional, they decided to open Salas Produce. Together they successfully run the store, a bakery and the food distribution warehouse. Now, Salas Produce serves as the backbone of many stores and restaurants around Arkansas and Tennessee, supplying them with quality ingredients and products. This all started with a dream, a dream that would have been abandoned by many but with persistence and some good ole' Mexican work ethic, it paid off.
